Submit Tax Certification Requests to: mrobinson@borotax.net

The fee for Tax Certifications is $25 and must be received before your tax certification will be issued. Checks must be made payable to Holly Liska and mailed to 279 Frederick St. REAR, Hanover, PA 17331.

If you include a copy of the check with your email, we will begin processing the certification while we wait for the check.

Include map & parcel number, property address, and sellers' or buyers' name(s), and date of settlement if known. We can provide Tax Certifications for Pennsyvlania map & parcel numbers beginning 67-000 ONLY. Please check the Map & Parcel number before submitting. Many "Hanover" addresses are located in neighboring municipalities.

Most requests can be completed within 3 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Please note that our off-peak office hours are now Monday-Wednesday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Requests submitted outside of this time frame will be addressed on the next business day. We do have 4 one-week closures annually. They generally occur in January, May, September, and December.
